OU Sells Out Cotton Bowl Ticket Allotment

The University of Oklahoma confirmed Monday that it has sold out its allotment of tickets for AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic vs. Texas A&M. The Sooners and Aggies will meet on Jan. 4 at 7 p.m. CT at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
Oklahoma's original allotment of 12,500 tickets went on sale to OU season-ticket holders upon the game's announcement at 7:45 p.m. Sunday. OU requested additional tickets from the Cotton Bowl, and that allotment was sold out by approximately 11:45 a.m. Monday, bringing the total number of tickets purchased to more than 13,000.
